This paper presents the theoretical background of the Quantum Hall Effect, including the formation of Landau levels, the emergence of edge states, and the role of topological invariants. A series of numerical simulations are conducted to visualize quantized conductance plateaus, Landau level spectra, density of states, and Hall vs longitudinal resistance curves, capturing key features of the integer QHE.
